If you are looking for a relaxing space to practice meditation, you want to learn to meditate, or if you find it difficult to meditate on your own these sessions are for you.
Our meditation sessions are designed for all levels from beginner elementary techniques to the advanced applications. Each session may be different as each session is conducted by a variety of practitioners who have offered to share their technique and time. Some offer meditation on topics such as past life, meet your guide, meet your totem animals and spirit animals, for plain relaxation, life purpose and prosperity, improving concentration, mindfulness, self-examination and contemplation, self-awareness … to name a few. There is not just one way to meditate. You must find the way that is best for you personally. Meditating can be done in various ways and there is an indefinite number of Meditation techniques that you can use for an indefinite number of goals. It does not matter what Meditation technique you choose, the foundation of all techniques is focus and attention.
Our Practitioners have offered different dates and times. You may attend as many as you would like. Please check the current events page on BNHc website for those dates and times. Sign up is required to provide adequate space. In the meditation room there will be soft music, candles, blankets, and paper for journaling. We encourage you to dress comfortably and bring along water, blanket, pillow, and journal if you would like.

Guided Meditation for Using "Anchoring" to Relax

This guided meditation class will focus on using "Anchoring" for relaxation. "Anchoring" is an effective tool to train your body to quickly relax by making an association in your brain between a state of relaxation and touching a specific part on your hand or body. With the soothing and relaxing sound of Tammy’s voice, you are guided on a personal journey. When you use this, you can quickly relax in the future.
This class is great for beginners or those who want to focus on deep relaxation.
The class will start with a short introduction and breathing technique. Then after a guided mediation and closing, there will be time for journaling and reflection.
